I highly, highly recommend Mary Ann and would give her 10 Stars if I could. She made our process of buying a home for the first time go very smoothly. I feel as though the first time buyer stress wasn't as high due to her being very responsive and there for us with details and clarifications anytime of the day. We explained our budget and she explained all of our options when it came to buying a home etc. She also made sure that we were getting a fair deal in relation to property value and list price. Mary Ann is so nice, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond! She worked with my husband and I as we attempted to buy a house that was For Sale By Owner. When that owner didn’t want any agents involved, Mary Ann still looked over the contract for us, knowing that we would not be able to include her in the sale. We ended up not purchasing that home, but when we decided to look again, we immediately called her. She met with us numerous times to check out the house we ultimately bought. She was very accommodating, and helped guide us through the process. My husband is a veteran, and we wanted to use the VA to acquire our loan. Mary Ann is very well informed with the logistics of using the VA. She made the entire house buying process so seamless and stress-free. Not to mention, she is also an incredibly kind individual. I had just given birth and undergone a non-related major surgery when we met. She noticed I was in pain, so after our meeting, she went home, retrieved a heating pack and healing lotion, and came back to drop them off for me to use. She is just so great all around, and I highly recommend her!

Helping us navigate buying with a VA loan, in a city where we had never lived and on a short time schedule, she was there for every question and every complexity. As a young Active Duty military member, I have finally gotten to the point where I could purchase my own place after getting stationed in the Los Angeles area. After randomly finding my current residence and attending an open house, I knew within 45 minutes that I NEEDED to live there. I had no clue where to go so I first started reaching out to Veteran friendly mortgage companies knowing I would need the financing to get started. I got linked up with Mary Ann through this company and the process went from a hopeful dream to a reality right around the corner. Immediately Mary Ann set up a private showing for me during the week so I could take a longer look at the place, walked through the offer process, and had an offer approved within 8 days of it coming to market! She knows how VA loans work and was not scared or daunted by it at all. There were many nights or mornings I would text or call her freaking out over an email I had received needed an electronic signature or something. She calmly explained everything to me making sure I knew what I was signing, standing up for me when needed with the seller. I still maintain contact with her and would love to introduce others to her looking to purchase a place of their own!

We recently worked with Mary Ann to purchase our first home in California, specifically LA. We were introduced to her through our realtor, which we are incredibly grateful for, because we couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. We moved to LA from Boston because I was offered a job, and had just over a month before my new employer wanted me to start. If it weren't for Mary Ann, buying a home in that amount of time probably wouldn't have been possible. We used a VA loan, which can sometimes complicate this already complicated process even more, but there wasn't a single hiccup while working with her. She's so good at her job that she was multiple steps ahead throughout the entire process, so that the moment a new step could be completed, she was pushing the submit button, so to speak. What's more, when the seller's side wasn't doing their job and delaying the process, she was there pushing them to get it done, and in some cases even doing it for them. I'm sure she had other clients she was working with, but she was so on top of things and so helpful and responsive at any time of any day that it truly seemed like we were the only people she was working with. From our first conversation, it felt like she sincerely cared about us as people, not just clients. I hope whenever we buy a house again that Mary Ann is still working, because there's no other loan officer I'd rather work with, and I would recommend her to anybody.

I can truly say Mary Ann was amazing. She worked with the VA and all the parties involved to get my wife and I the home we fell in love with.
